1 can of Barlotti Beans (if you have access to fresh or frozen beans use those instead, white beans also work well when fresh).
Finely chop onion and fry up in a good gulp of olive oil until they go slightly golden. This will take about 10 minutes or so. In the meantime boil or steam the chard (if using fresh beans steam/boil with the chard.)
Once onions are golden add the barlotti beans if using canned, and the lemon. Season with pepper. Pour over the chard and serve.
If you have run out of time simply steam/boil the barlotti beans with the chard and once cooked drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over.
